Co-founder, Director
Started work in digital technology in 2002. Trained in both Information Technology and Law, with more than 15 years running businesses. Moved into production improvement consulting in 2018. Today he runs TEQTO, leads product direction, and takes part personally in deployment projects at client factories.
Co-founder, Deputy Director
Held a range of roles in electronics manufacturing plants, including 10 years as a factory director. That floor-level operating experience is the reason TEQTO designs systems around how a factory actually runs, rather than around a theoretical model.
Head of Research and Development
PhD in Computer Science from the University of Trento, Italy, with deep grounding in system architecture. A founding member and the person principally responsible for the technical architecture of our products — from the data model and system layering to the foundational decisions that shape everything afterwards.
Head of Front-End
Began his career as a developer, then moved into project management and now leads the front-end team. Spent seven years working alongside the founders before joining to establish the company. He is responsible for the entire user interface layer across our products.
Head of Back-End
Graduated from the University of Science, Ho Chi Minh City. After five years working alongside the founders, he broadened his experience at two large software companies before returning to help establish the company. He now leads data processing and system integration.
DevOps Lead
Ten years of experience in DevOps. He currently leads TEQTO projects with partners in the UK, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Singapore. His work is the part of a software product almost nobody sees: getting code into production, monitoring systems, and handling incidents — the part that decides whether software still runs after handover.
We believe that to sit in an advisory seat you first have to listen. Everything we do rests on industrial knowledge and on work done in the past.
Advisor, Production Improvement
Forty years at Samsung in South Korea. He is currently a senior consultant to the group in production improvement, and takes part directly in improvement projects at TEQTO's client factories.

Thirty-three years at Samsung in South Korea. He is currently a senior consultant to the group in quality improvement, and takes part directly in improvement projects at TEQTO's client factories.
The team includes both people who write code and people who have run factories. That is why our products understand the business rather than merely matching a specification.
The advisory board is not there in name only. Our specialists take part directly in improvement projects on the factory floor.
