ControlMES is a manufacturing execution system (MES) that does those three things. It sits between the planning layer and the machine layer: it takes demand from orders, turns it into plans and work orders, tracks every order through every operation, and pulls data back from the machines to check reality against the plan.


What is happening right now? Events are recorded at source: which machine is running, for how long, producing how much, stopped for what reason. No waiting for an end-of-shift tally.

How far is reality from what was promised, and which orders and customers are affected? A stopped machine is only a technical event; it becomes a management problem the moment you know which order it threatens.

What is about to slip, and how much time is left to fix it? A late order you flag first is a technical problem. A late order the customer spots first is a trust problem.
This is the number one reason MES projects die in Vietnam: month one the data goes in properly, month three it goes in carelessly, month six it stops. ControlMES lets the machine speak for itself first, then replaces the tools for work operators already do, and only then asks for manual entry — for the few things a machine cannot know.
Once a machine has measured something, the system will not let a typed number overwrite it. We write the connectivity layer ourselves — over OPC UA, Modbus, Siemens S7, or by reading the control system database directly — so we can get data even out of older machines whose documentation is long gone.
Every stock and output movement is written as a new line; nothing is overwritten. You can always reconstruct the stock position at any moment in the past, and every change carries who made it and when.
Routings, working calendars and machine capacity are frozen at the moment an order is released, so later changes to a standard never distort a retrospective report.

The principles are the same; the symptoms differ. In packaging the bottleneck is the corrugator and the changeover between orders; in electronics it is the pick-and-place line; in plastic injection it is the mould change.
