RFID tagging for materials and finished goods, so you know exactly where an item is and everywhere it has been — without stopping to scan each one.
A barcode has to be visible to be scanned. In a factory labels tear, get wet, and end up hidden when goods are stacked — and every scan means stopping, picking up a gun and aiming it. A paper reel worth tens of millions of dong leaves the store without being recorded, and by the time the month-end count shows the discrepancy the trail has gone cold. This is exactly what RFID fixes: the tag does not need to be seen, nothing needs to stop, and many items read at once.

RFID behaves very differently depending on the environment: metal reflects, water absorbs, a passing forklift interferes. We survey on site to fix reader positions, output power, antenna type and the right tag for each material.

Gates at store doors, read points at machines, tagging stations. We design and build the boards, sensor wiring and control cabinets ourselves — shaped to the factory's actual layout rather than forcing the factory to fit an off-the-shelf kit.

The tag lifecycle from attachment to recovery, protection against duplicate and swapped tags, movement history for every item, and a data link into the manufacturing system.
Reading a tag is the easy part. The hard part is reading the tag you meant to read.
Radio carries further than you want it to, so a reader placed at one machine will happily pick up a tag on an item sitting in the next bay. Left unhandled, the system records the wrong location — and wrong data is worse than no data.
We solve it by adding a physical sensor to establish the exact moment an object passes, and only reading within that window. This is where field experience decides the outcome, not where buying better equipment settles it.

The rule of thumb: the higher the value, the more it moves, and the harder it is to count by eye, the more RFID is worth the investment.

The solution runs on its own with its own management software — a factory with no manufacturing system at all can still use it.
Where the factory already runs ControlMES or another management system, RFID data feeds straight into it: which reel left the store, which machine it went to, which work order consumed it — recorded automatically instead of declared by hand.
The solution is being deployed at a corrugated packaging plant, identifying paper reels from goods receipt, through the outbound door, to the individual mill stand they are loaded onto.
