About TEQTO

How we got here

TEQTO started as a team of software engineers doing mainly outsourced development.

A new branch opened when we began working with Korean specialists in factory improvement — a relationship we still keep today. That put us on factory floors regularly, and we ran into a limit: improvement cannot be proven if it cannot be measured. The numbers were scattered across paper, spreadsheets and the memory of team leaders.

So we took the problem on properly: reading the industry standards, working alongside production specialists to get the business right, comparing it against the differing reality of each factory, and using AI analysis hard to shorten the road from raw data to system design. It was a long process, built and scrapped and rebuilt more than once — not a matter of writing a piece of software and being done.

Then one thing pulled in the next: real numbers meant taking data from the machines, so we learned to wire up PLCs; some machines would not give up a signal, so we built our own boards and sensor interfaces; some materials needed tracking, so we went on to RFID.

The education branch came later, on the back of the same capability — building and running a software platform, this time for learning and testing English.
